مایتعلق بالقرآن الکریم احکام قرآن کامذاق اڑانا:

 Making fun of the rules of the Quran:

(مسئلہ نمبر۹۹) مندرجہ ذیل عبارت کی روشنی میں قرآن و حدیث کے مطابق ان لوگوں کی شرعی حیثیت کیاہے   جو لوگ قرآن کے مطابق دوسرے شرعی وارثوں میں ترکہ(جو ترکہ میں شامل ہے)تقسیم نہیں کرتے اور کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ترکہ میں شامل کوئی بھی چیز دوسرے وارثوں میں تقسیم نہیں کریں گے اور نہ ہی قرآن پاک کے اس حکم کو مانتے ہیں بلکہ قرآن پاک کے اس مسئلہ پر مذاق اور طنز کرتے ہوئے کہتے ہیں کہ ہم صرف اپنے مرحوم والد صاحب کی وصیت پر عمل کرتے ہوئے ترکہ میں شامل کوئی بھی چیز چھوٹی ہو یابڑی کسی بھی وارث کو نہیں دیں گے جو چاہیں کر لیں اور کچھ لوگ ایسے بھی ہیں جو انہیں ترکہ میں شامل دوسرے شرعی وارثوں میں تقسیم کرنے سے منع کرتے ہیں اور ترکہ تقسم کرنے کے مطالبہ کو مذاق بناتے ہیں اور لوگ بھی کہتے ہیں کہ یہ کیامسئلہ ہے قرآن پاک وحدیث نبوی کا،کیاایسے لوگ دونوں صورتوں میں کفر کررہے ہیں، قرآن پاک کے بیان کردہ مسئلہ کی کھلم کھلامخالفت کرتے ہیں اور بھائیوں کو آپس میں لڑاتے ہیں،منافرت پھیلاتے ہیں، اشتعال انگیزی بھی کرتے ہیں، ان کے لیے شرعی حکم کیاہے؟

  اگر یہ بیان صحیح اور مبنی بر حقیقت ہو اور والد صاحب کی وصیت شریعت کے مطابق نہ ہو تو ان حضرات کے لیے تجدید ایمان اور تجدید نکاح دونوں ضروری ہیں،اور فتویٰ بازی سے پرہیز کریں اوراپنی اصلاح کی کو شش فرمایاکریں۔

”یوصیکم اللہ فی اولادکم للذکر مثل حظ الانثیین“……(الآیۃ)سورۃ النساء 

”ویکفر اذاانکر آیۃ من القرآن أو سخر بآیۃ منہ“……(البحر:۵/۵۰۲)

In the light of the following passage, according to the Qur'an and Hadith, what is the Shariah status of those people who do not divide the inheritance (which is included in the inheritance) among other heirs according to the Qur'an and say that we do not distribute anything included in the inheritance to the other heirs? I will not divide nor obey this command of the Holy Quran, but mocking and mocking this issue of the Holy Quran, saying that we are only following the will of our late father, and anything included in the inheritance is small. Ho Yabari will not give it to any inheritor who can do whatever they want and there are some people who forbid it to be distributed among other Shariah heirs included in the turqa and make fun of the demand to divide the turqa and people also say that What is the problem of the Holy Quran and Prophetic Hadith?What is the problem with the Holy Qur'an and the Prophet's Hadith? Are such people disbelieving in both cases? They openly oppose the problem stated in the Holy Qur'an and fight brothers against each other, spread hatred, and provoke. What is the order?

 If this statement is true and based on the facts and the father's will is not in accordance with the Sharia, then both the renewal of faith and the renewal of marriage are necessary for these men, and they should avoid fatwas and try to reform themselves.
